All students must show documentation that they are eligible to take a driver education course. The basic requirement usually includes: Showing proof of Jr. High School or High School report card which lists 8 passing grades within the last 2 semesters (within the last year). Example: Any student could pass 3 classes during their first semester and 5 classes the second semester. Students will be required to show verification by the end of the second week of class.
Quick note:
All students must turn in a "Blue Form" signed by the student's high school or junior high school:
- If a student has not completed 2 high school semesters.
- If a student is in 8th grade or is a freshmen.
- If the high school or junior high school uses a "quarter grading system"
- If the high school or junior high school uses "trimesters"
- If the high school or junior high school uses "block scheduling"
- If the high school or juinor high school does not use "semesters"

All Suburban Driving School will provide information or a form to any student if they:
- Cannot get copy of their High School report card

- Did not pass 8 classes within the last two semesters

- Dropped out of High School
|
- Enrolled in a G.E.D. Program
|
- Already received a high school diploma
|
If a student attends Home School Classes, then they will need to complete a "Yellow Form".
