How to obtain your permit:

To receive your permit students should bring the following forms to the Driver's License Facility at the end of the first week of class. (Students do not have to bring these documents to class, they just need to have them ready !)

You will need:
bulletOriginal copy of their Birth Certificate or Passport
bulletSocial Security card
bulletA $20.00 check, cash, or money order
bulletApplication form (This form will be given to the students on the first night of class)
bulletSomething with their address on it
bulletSomething with their Signature on it
