Frequently Asked Questions
The course is a one-day, 4-hour Virtual Instructor-Led Training course over Zoom.
You can participate in a virtual class from anywhere, using just about any device. Download the free Zoom app or register on Zoom.com prior to class.
The cost of the course is just $95 and includes electronic communication of your program completion to the Secretary of State.
You can register with our school by calling (224) 701-6955, or on-line at www.allsuburbandrive.com. Choose a class from the calendar options and complete the registration using your information and e-mail.
Prior to the class, you will receive a Zoom link in the e-mail you provided. Use this link to join the class. You can join prior to the meeting and will be put in a waiting room until the class begins.
As soon as class is over, we e-mail your completion information to the Illinois Secretary of State.
Your record is usually updated within 2 – 3 business days, but may take up to 1 week. This part of the process is out of our control. We submit your information, but cannot update your record.
As soon as you have completed all of your tasks from the Secretary of State and they have updated your record. This usually includes:
- Completion of Graduate to Safety Remedial Class
- Paying the $70 reinstatement fee
- Serve your suspension time
Always check with the Secretary of State prior to driving, by calling (217) 782-2720.
There may be other requirements issued by the Secretary of State or a Judge, such as testing, urine samples, community service and others.
You can reschedule to a different date without an additional fee. You must call prior to class at (224) 701-6955 to inform the school that you cannot attend. The $95 is non-refundable but is transferrable to another date.
